DESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY:
The Programmer Analyst IV (PAIV) architects, engineers, implements, administers, configures, supports, monitors, troubleshoot and maintains enterprise applications. The Programmer Analyst IV (PAIV) works closely with the business units to define and implement solutions according to business strategies and goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architects, designs, engineers, implements, administers, configures, supports, monitors, troubleshoot and maintains enterprise applications within Office 365 and Azure
Acts as business analyst and project manager working with different departments to understand their needs, gather and translate their business requirements
Becomes the champion of the assigned enterprise programs or technologies by being the go-to person for any new implementations and/or improvements following industry best practices
Manages multiple projects keeping stakeholders updated and working on action items and setting deadlines.
Promotes user adoption of internal enterprise applications
Provides usage metrics and analyze return of investment of enterprise applications
Creates workflow and collaboration solutions
Works with end users to collect and analyze business requirements and implement solutions
Provides production support and maintenance for assigned systems
Ensures quality by testing solutions for proper operation with minimal defects
Creates and executes project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
Follows change control processes and maintenance plans
Keeps enterprise applications to the latest updates
Writes documentation and assists on business proposals
Develops custom applications and APIs integrations
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or C# and streamline processes

Ability to architect, design, engineer, implement, administer, configure, support, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise applications
Ability to function as a team player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, acting as a vendor liaison and making presentations to internal customers or professional peers
Ability to automate processes and manage priorities effectively to achieve optimal results
Ability to develop technical specifications and interpret business requirements
Solid understanding of database administration
Windows Server administration
Expert knowledge in Office 365 administration and Azure administration
Solid understanding of all Office 365 E3 features
Expert knowledge in SharePoint Server
Proficient as a SharePoint Developer
Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and DNS
Ability to build PowerShell scripts
Expert using Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GIT
Familiar with DevOps and Software Lifecyle management
Expert knowledge developing custom application and APIs using Programming Language C# or similar
Ability to generate reports using PowerPivot, Power BI, PowerView, Tableau, SSRS or similar.
Equivalent experience or combination of education and experience will be considered
Master's degree in a relevant field of study
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or similar Enterprise Application Certification
Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)
Years of experience in a similar role:
Five-plus years of MS Windows Server Administration
Five-plus years architecting, designing. engineering, implementing, administering, configuring, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications such as SharePoint for more than 500 users
Five-plus years of developing custom applications using C#
Three-plus years of Office 365 and Azure Administration
Three-plus years of experience working with SQL Server or any other Database system
Seven-plus years of MS Windows Server Administration
Seven-plus years architecting, designing. engineering, implementing, administering, configuring, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications such as SharePoint for more than 500 users
Seven-plus years of developing custom applications using C#
