The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysis for our Inside Sales team. This will include: scoping out projects for process and reports, creating data-driven monthly update presentations, creating and maintaining dashboards, ensuring scale within the team, working extensively within Salesforce, and general reporting/analysis. The ideal candidate for this role would be able to work well with diverse groups of people and have the ability to keep pace in a constantly changing environment.


  • Work with sales team to identify and address key areas of improvement within process, policy, tools, and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Operations and other Marketing teams for promotions, mass emails, etc
  • Support sales staff with Salesforce tickets
  • Maintain data integrity of Salesforce for assigned team
  • Create & Maintain dashboards and reports for KPI’s
  • Create a comprehensive monthly summary
  • Assist with forecast and capacity analysis and planning
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on projects and assignments

  • Salesforce experience is required
  • Highly Proficient with Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
