We are seeking a motivated and personable park manager with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a positive attitude. This position provides a bi-weekly salary plus additional paid opportunities on sales of park homes.
THE POSITION IS FULL TIME
Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation and be the authority figure in the community. Candidates must pass a background check. If you have prior evictions or serious criminal record you will not be considered for this position.
The required work hours are 40 hours per week full-time but flexible and must have reliable transportation.
Computer skills required (Microsoft office, Rent Manager, Campground Manager/Astra & Internet). 3 Year property management experience and be an effective communicator. Must be available to perform general receptionist duties on a daily bases. Must pass background check and be able to lift 30 lbs as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the park maintenance team to keep up park's appearance. Collect rent and the effective enforcement of park rules and regulations. Assist with marketing efforts to sell homes. Make bank deposits. Maintain organized resident files and follow all applicable safety procedures. Working with outside vendors (repairmen, utility companies, etc.).
