The role involves the supervision of 25 operators in the assembly room with the assistance of a lead engineer.
Administration of the stock room and materials program.
Responsibility and accountability for the quality, operating expense, schedule accomplishment, inventory and throughput measures and all legal and environmental issues that pertain to their assigned areas.
Lead root cause problem solving process to implement corrective actions that address customer complaints and other scrap concerns. Adhere to the plans documented quality policies to sustain QS/AS/ISO registrations.
2nd shift - Hours M-F 2PM-12AM (3PM-11PM) Saturdays (2 or 3 a month) 10AM-3PM.
3-5 years of experience
Military experience is a plus
Experience with CNC machines, lathes, milling, drilling
Wants to do 2nd shift
