Anthony offers a blend of a small company atmosphere with the benefits of large company scale, tools, and career opportunities.  We are committed to recruit, develop and retain top talent - join our team today!Job Summary:Establishes the production; plans, prepares, controls and maintains the production build plan and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials to meet production and customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Other duties may be assigned)Creates and communicates the aggregate, long range master plan.Gathers and reviews data from manufacturing and support organizations, coordinates with capacity and material analysis to resolve material and capacity discrepancies that affect the scheduleTranslates anticipated demand into production and purchase orders for internal and external suppliersAttend production and planning meetingsReview forecasts, incorporating them into production planning and scheduling processWorks closely with Customer Service Department, Purchasing Department, Production Department, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Shipping Department to ensure products are produced and shipped per schedule.Additional or different functions may be assigned from time to time. Key Competencies:Ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.Ability to effectively problem-solve using problem solving tools and techniques (A3, fishbone, root cause, 5-Whys)Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.  Minimum Qualifications:Education:Minimum of High School Diploma. Preferably Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, or a related technical disciplineExperience:Requires a minimum of 3 years of production scheduling/planning or comparable experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:APICS certification a plus Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Requires: PC proficiency is essential, Strong experience with Microsoft office productsAbility to use MS Excel to analyze data and present in a meaningful mannerEffective leadership, administration, analytical and communication skills (written and oral).Excellent grasp of English language is a plus to verbally communicate instructions.Organizational and time management skills required. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced and complex environment. Team oriented individual who is flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
