Help support the Director of Facilities to oversee the daily operations of the maintenance crew who take care of the grounds, buildings, and associates. We are looking for an efficient, friendly working supervisor who has knowledge in both the maintenance profession and how to inspire a team while having a guest service frame of mind.
Required skill in areas of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and patching, machinery, metalworking, and supervision of people.
Preferred skill in landscaping and locksmith duties.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work in adverse conditions year round, communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Ability to be flexible, work varied shifts, and be on call.
