We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Germany Residential Business.

As a commercially-minded professional, you will be responsible for supporting business growth. To achieve this, you will lead the digital strategy, product and all go-to-market initiatives ensuring they align with local market dynamics, business drivers and key objectives. Your key objective will be to deliver qualified leads that directly contribute to revenue generation. 

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Business Line Digital Marketing in London and based in our Berlin office, you will be part of an industry-leading digital marketing team that consists of over 30 people including subject matter experts and a delivery team, as well as having access to leading digital platforms and suppliers.

This business-critical role requires carefully-considered engagement with colleagues, agency partners, marketing and business representatives so you will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of our digital marketing offering to the Germany Residential business
  • Review, define and deliver digital strategies – always-on and ad hoc – that leverage internal and external expertise to drive business growth
  • Manage the budget for all related activity
  • Quickly develop a healthy relationship with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Understand how micro and macroeconomic factors affect the residential business can influence digital strategy and performance
  • Own digital products (websites, microsites and tools) while ensuring UX, UI and SEO best practice is followed to faciliate greater conversions
  • Project manage all minor and significant website fixes and upgrades
  • Work with the marketing team to facilitate the organic social media strategy
  • Lead all traffic acquisition and performance marketing activity by working with our internal performance team and external media partner
  • Develop strong knowledge of our marketing automation platform, Eloqua, to ensure all campaigns are executed accordingly to best-practice
  • Always look for areas of improvement within the business that, if developed, would facilitate business growth in a competitive landscape
  • Continuously drive the digital agenda with marketing and business teams
  • Ensure all digital initiatives are tracked, reported and presented back to the business to facilitate continual learning and improvement

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • Proven digital marketing experience with a track record of defining and delivery a holistic strategy (B2C experience beneficial)
  • Expertise in traffic acquisition and performance marketing tactics
  • Experience with website content management systems (preferably Sitecore, WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (preferably Oracle Eloqua)
  • Experience with organic and paid social media
  • Commercial mindset
  • Outstanding stakeholder management
  • Proven project management, planning and delivery experience
  • Highly analytical and skilled in utilising data to drive decisions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • The confidence to challenge the norm
  • Experience working with multiple internal teams and external agencies
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Industry recognised qualification in Digital Marketing
  • Business standard German and English (written and spoken) a must
