Job Description

TheGraphic Designerassists the Creative Design Lead in adhering to the companys brand standards and developing strong brand recognition through design and implementation of traditional print and digital marketing pieces. Digital materials may include: emails, web pages, web banners, digital screen graphics and social media graphics. The Marketing Creative Specialist is also responsible for creative implementation of targeted traditional and digital marketing best practice designs to sell, cross-sell, upsell and engage companys current customer base as well as to increase new lead generation and engagement. This person will support the management and maintenance of the companys website(s) and social media pages including regular content updates and creation of new pages and content.

Job Summary (Essential Duties):

  • Assist Creative Design Lead with print marketing collateral as needed.

  • Design digital marketing collateral including, but not limited to: emails, web pages, text/SMS, banner ads, digital screen, and social media graphics.

  • Support the maintenance of the companys website(s) and social media pages including regular updates, blog posts, and page and content creation.

  • Using Wordpress, HTML and CSS, coding digital assets with a responsive design approach, utilizing best practices and mobile-friendly implementation to create a consistent experience across multiple providers and devices.

  • Work with team to develop strategy for marketing campaign implementation.

  • Assist Brand Marketing Specialist with social media management as needed.

  • Assist Marketing Operations Lead with project management as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Strong creative mindset with ability to strategically understand and execute complex campaigns in both print and digital design mediums.

  • Strong understanding of consumer communication paths including lead nurturing, retention, upselling and cross selling.

  • Ability to think both creatively and technically able to see both the big picture and small details of a project.

  • Strong traditional and digital design skills in layout, use of color and photo research.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, including coding for email and responsive design a plus.

    • Experience with social media implementation and management.

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic or Digital Design.

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing automation systems, particularly Marketo, preferred.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript a plus.

  • Passion for learning new technologies and software and keeping current with updates and best practices.

  • 2-5 years marketing experience preferred.
