Our Arkansas Faucets Organization (AFO) is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our Arkansas Faucets campus in Sheridan, AR. Under the direction of our HR Manager, this Generalist leads all HR functions including organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and associate/labor relations to build the strength of the organization. You will provide ongoing coaching to management related to associate performance and all other HR issues, including safety.

Skills/Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to partner, consult and coach leaders and staff.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems and other software programs.
  • Must have a solid command of HR processes, procedures, and employment laws, and be able to independently work through employee relations issues for all levels of associates.
  • Must be able to monitor all safety related issues and ensure that safety training is conducted appropriately at the Distribution Center.
