Applicant who can copy, scan documents, file documents, fax and answer phones, with computer skills, must have the ability to do data entry in to database or case management software & experiance using MS Office ie outlook & microsoft word. It is a plus if applicant has used or have prior experience using legal case management software or other type of database software. The job requires copying, scanning, filing, faxing, answer phones, computer skills, data entry into data base software, prior use of Microsoft Office software. Applicant must be able to follow procedures, be reliable and diligent and work in fast paced office. Please note IF you have experience using legal case management software or other type of database software.
