Santé Operations is hiring an Office Coordinator/Receptionist for our Corporate office in North Scottsdale. We are seeking an energetic professional who successfully wears multiple hats, takes initiative, is flexible and service centered. As the first point of contact for our customers, our Office Coordinator/Receptionist is a vital part of both the business operations and the public experience of Santé. The Office Coordinator/Receptionist covers a multi-line phone for inbound and outbound calls, provides administrative support to four Santé divisions and handles various documentation processing and office support duties. Acting as the office point-person, our Office Coordinator/Receptionist is the “go-to” employee for the Corporate office staff.

Receptionist functions:
•Greet visitors via phone or in-person. 
•Provide effective, professional telephone and mail communications both internally and externally.
•Maintain reception area in a clean and inviting manner; stock brochures and business cards
•Provide efficient, friendly and courteous customer service while handling inquiries.

Office functions:
•Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
•Handle incoming and outgoing packages and shipments (FedEx)
•Order and maintain office supplies (Office Depot, Costco,)
•Stock and maintain coffee/kitchen area (waters, sodas, utensils and paper goods)
•Maintain corporate contact lists
•Coordinate and manager calendar for training and conference rooms
•Act as main contact for Property Management issues

Administrative functions:
•Ensure that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner.
•Scans and uploads patient documentation and various forms.
•Assist Human Resources with various tasks (new employee folders, name badges and photos, new employee binders).
•Orders Supplies for the office and kitchen
•Maintain Home Health Census binder

•Minimum of three (3) years' office management and reception experience required. 
•Experience in the healthcare administrative or clerical industry is preferred. 
•Solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel), computer literate
•Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail. 
•Must work well in a team environment, be able to represent Santé with professional courtesy. 
•Positive attitude and self-motivation, strong accountability and ownership.
