What You Can Expect as a Receptionist.
Expect to walk into a fun environment built on open, friendly relationships. Our receptionists meet and greet customers in a professional manner. They will answer phone calls and direct them to the proper party. They communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold. They will take thorough messages when required to ensure caller gets the care required. There are opportunities for expanding job responsibilities that we will provide training for.

Money: $10.00/hr

Schedule: Part time, M, TH, FRI 4-7 SAT 10-7

Skills / Requirements

Keys to success.

  • High School degree required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Between 3 to 10 years of experience in the workforce
  • Receptionists must be polite, professional, energetic and presentable, with strong communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Face-to-face sales/customer service related experience in industries like retail and hospitality
  • Thirst for career development and continuous learning
  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test and a background check
