Assists manager in supervising and coordinating activities of the Ali'i Luau Hale Aloha. Responsible for the efficiency, sanitation, service, food quality, guest satisfaction, safety and profitability of this operation by maintaining the physical property according to the code. Assists in managing the restaurant's operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. Helps management in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures for performing required functions. Ensures proper training of staff, prepares related reports, and audits current procedures for improved efficiency.
