Assists Sales Supervisor in overseeing the Polynesian Cultural Center Retail Sales operations. Processes daily sales report. Receives & Verifies cash bags and ensures bags are properly allocated throughout the day. Ensures that all guests visiting the various retail sales locations receive the best sales service possible by promoting PCC products, processing sales, and coordinating guests' needs with other departments as required. Acts as guests' contact regarding products available, prices, and other services available. Assists with monitoring, scheduling and training the assigned sales associates. Provides guidance to sales associate in pursuing achievement of store sales and individual performance goals.
