We have a need for an experienced Social Worker Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a desire to deliver high-quality care with a solid track record of excellent performance in the areas of socialservices, employee recruitment and retention, and positive community relations.

The primarypurpose of the SocialWorker Assistantis to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our community'sSocial Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. This is all to assurethat the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
