The Camp Counselor position is responsible for the health and safety of all campers that attend OMSI Summer Science Camps. This position requires living with campers in cabins for the duration of the program at Hancock Field Station and on overnight campouts at other sites. Camp Counselors supervise campers at night and during down times throughout the day. This position is responsible for assisting with camp cleaning at the end of each camp and may be responsible for taking on a support role for the week as a kitchen, dining hall, and camp assistant. Work schedule depends on programming needs.
