Receptionist/Customer Service Reps needed. The positions available are full-time positions and candidates should have the flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays. We have two shift schedules open 2-10:00 p.m. and 4-12:00 p.m.

NVS is a 24-hour Emergency & Specialty Practice and we are the only certified Level II Emergency & Medical Care Center in New England.

We are seeking for long-term employment, an experienced, friendly, well-spoken individual who loves animals and has strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include client service, scheduling, prescription processing, and use of a multi-line telephone system. Attention to detail is a must. You must have good grammar, spelling and math skills and be able to explain basic medical concepts to clients. Experience with Cornerstone practice management software is a plus.
