If you already have RV Technician experience then that is great. You're already ahead of the curve!

Haven't ever thought about a career as an RV Technician? That's OK! Most of our best technicians started in different fields and were able to transfer the skill set that they gained in their previous jobs. If you believe that you have the skillset to perform the duties listed in the section below, and you have your own tools, then you are well along the way to starting your career as an RV technician. If you already have 80% of the knowledge and 150% of the drive to become an expert in the field, let us help you along the way.

What you'll do:

  • Examine, Troubleshoot, and diagnose any maintenance needs with the Airstream units.
    • Interior Repairs:
      • Install Inverters / Converters
      • Diagnos 12 volt systems / 110 systems
      • Furnace
      • Refrigerators
      • Water heaters
      • Ranges
      • Air conditioners
      • Plumbing
      • TV / Audio
      • Cabinetry Repair / Adjutments
      • Counter tops
      • Floor coverings
    • Exterior repairs
      • Windows
      • Doors
      • Vents
      • Awnings
      • Plumbing
      • Electrical
      • Propane
      • Batteries
      • Install Airstream Accessories
      • Hitch Setup Installation
      • Install Solar Panels
      • Aluminum Panel Replacement
    • Pre-delivery Inspections (PDIs)
    • Mantain and repair frames, undercarriage, and suspension
    • Locate faults and perfore repairs using computerized and electronic testing equipment, troubleshooting techniques, manufacturer's specifications, internet websites
    • Order parts and components
    • Communicate with service manager, shop foreman, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely, efficient, and economical repairs
