Manage the daily operation of payroll and bi-weekly payroll processing. Hold regular meetings for communication and feedback.
Interpret and communicate corporate policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures to the hotels.
Prepare daily labor reports and distribute to hotels.
Audit payroll process as required.
Obtain proper support for all software and hardware needs. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe, operable condition.
Coordinate with ADP Payroll Service regarding all aspects of payroll process.
Manage all shared services’ allocations are in accordance with budget and accurately recorded to hotels.
Ensure benefit accruals are accurate and in compliance with company policy.
Manage the employment company general ledger and financials.
Coordinate with the Accounting department to reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger.
Provide support to department management to assist in payroll, time and budget analysis.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers
Ability to perform special financial analysis as needed.
Handle difficult situations effectively.
Foster teamwork within the department.
Identify and solve problems within existing time constraints.
Communicate well at all levels within the organization
