  • Manage the daily operation of payroll and bi-weekly payroll processing. Hold regular meetings for communication and feedback.
  • Interpret and communicate corporate policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures to the hotels.
  • Prepare daily labor reports and distribute to hotels.
  • Audit payroll process as required.
  • Obtain proper support for all software and hardware needs. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe, operable condition.
  • Coordinate with ADP Payroll Service regarding all aspects of payroll process.
  • Manage all shared services’ allocations are in accordance with budget and accurately recorded to hotels.
  • Ensure benefit accruals are accurate and in compliance with company policy.
  • Manage the employment company general ledger and financials.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger.
  • Provide support to department management to assist in payroll, time and budget analysis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers
  • Ability to perform special financial analysis as needed.
  • Handle difficult situations effectively.
