Then, our Manager in Development program may be the next career step you are looking for. The program is designed to provide you with all of the skills needed to build a successful career in management at Suburban Propane. The program includes on-the-job training, mentorship, self-study modules and ongoing education and support. Your comprehensive training will encompass all aspects of managing a local propane business including safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, storage, sales, service/customer service activities and the management of staff.
Previous leadership and/or management experience
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
The willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities within Mississippi and Alabama. We also have openings available in Texas.
