Small family owned Business seeking Office Admin/ Manager to run the office.
Attention to detail is a MUST! All resumes must have your salary requirements included!
All general Office duties including but not limited to: Answering phones, Scheduling
appointments, dispatching jobs to technician and organizing route schedules to
minimize travel times etc.
Ordering parts and supplies, keeping track of all jobs.
Keeping track of accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks.
Preparing letters and correspondence.
Entering "a lot" of data into database and Excel spreadsheets. Keeping notes.
Skills/Qualifications: At least 3 years Office Experience
Administrative Writing Skills, Supply Management, Verbal Communication, Process Improvement, Organization, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving,Decision Making, Informing Others
Excel, Access, QuickBooks exp is a plus. Ability to work with various Data entry software programs.
Again, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a MUST!!
