Interns in this role are responsible for reviewing B2B SMB sales channel effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements. They will analyze sales data and processes to make recommendations focused on the development and implementation of a strategic plan to guide the sales channels to successfully attain revenue goals. To learn about the organization and gather data, they will rotate through the B2B SMB sales organization, which includes Direct Sales, Call Center Sales, and Partner Sales, and work with senior leadership as they conduct their reviews and make their recommendations. During reach rotation, interns will be responsible for quickly learning sales practices and identifying opportunities for improvement driven by data to be presented to leadership in a compelling and concise manner.
