SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution; focus on Business Administration or Business Management preferred, but technical training or experience would be a definite plus.
  • Minimum five years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Three to five years experience in heavy duty truck industry preferred.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for handling communication to customers, associates, management and other departments in the company
  • A high energy level and assertive temperament
    This position requires extensive travel.
  • Market knowledge of customer base.
  • Manage confidential information such as strategic pricing and customer procedural information.
  • Must have strong verbal, writing and listening skills.
  • Self directed, goal oriented, customer focused and results driven.
