Job Overview

A Sourcing Hub is being established as part of the North America Global Talent Acquisition team to enable our Talent Specialists across all Business Units and aspire to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions. The position requires a highly motivated individual to provide the business with the human capital is needs to succeed in all markets.

The Talent Sourcer, will be responsible for partnering with our Talent Specialists to support our businesses globally. The candidate will build pipelines of qualified talent for current and future roles throughout different functions including Engineering & Technology, Operations, Product Management and Corporate support functions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The candidate must possess strong business acumen and must be able to work across the entire Talent Acquisition team by doing the following:
  • Deliver quality, pre-screened, active and passive candidates from different channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, SuccessFactors, employee referrals, etc.)
  • Ability to partner with HR Solutions including Talent Management, Total Rewards and Strategic HR Business Partners
  • Phone screen candidates and conduct initial qualifications, schedule top prospects with Talent Specialists for further evaluations while creating a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to Executive Recruitment by talent mapping to target organizations and build organizational charts based on research and candidate discussions. Partner with Recruitment Marketing by creating and delivering content to increase visibility of the Employment Brand.
  • Work with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet overall recruiting goals and build talent pipelines based on Business Unit workforce planning
  • Provide talent-market intelligence to Talent Specialists based on market research supported by data and metrics

Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business related field with a minimum of 1-3 years' work experience
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including sourcing, screening and candidate management
  • Ability to operate successfully in a complex matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices
  • Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with a results oriented mindset
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
