Job Description

A Sales Executive - Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for welcoming clients and presenting luxury Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential buyers while maintaining effective communication with clients and providing follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.


What will I be doing?


As a Sales Executive - Action Line you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Welcome clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential buyers
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise
  • Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacations product and related updates
  • Utilize selling concepts prompted at Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Utilize various forms of communication (i.e.: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners
  • Ability to generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation's core values and policies

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:


  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Valid Hawaii Real Estate license OR the ability to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 45 days of employment
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
  • Must meet minimum VPG, volume and all other compensation plan requirements
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in the English language
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


  • Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder
  • 1 year previous timeshare experience a plus
  • 1 year of proven ability to negotiate high end sales and effectively close the sale
